CHUCK PAULSON
Chuck Paulson doesn't shy away from combat or competition. Raised in southeast
Portland and trained as an airborne infantry officer, Chuck (with the help of
his wife Amy) worked his way through night law school as a Portland police officer.
He graduated
from
Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in 1958 and has been trying
cases ever since. After graduation, he went to work for one of the most celebrated
plaintiff's firms in Oregon. Since then, he's built a reputation of his own representing
individuals in claims against large institutions-and regularly winning against
perceived unlikely odds.
JANE
PAULSON

Paulson is a 1990 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law. She
began her courtroom career as a clerk for a federal

of practices and legal strategies of insurance companies and their defense teams.
A born competitor, Jane attended college on a tennis scholarship.
In her first jury trial after becoming a plaintiff's lawyer, she won a verdict
over $900,000 on a no-offer personal injury case against a national retailer.
